We offer a wide range of jewellery repair services including ring resizing, stone replacement, clasp repair, chain soldering, rhodium plating, and general cleaning and restoration. If you have any questions regarding a specific repair, please contact us.

We will never compromise the authenticity or integrity of your jewellery. All replacement materials and stones used are of the highest quality to match your original piece as closely as possible.

Our courier collections are insured up to £20,000.00 - This covers any damage that occurs in transit. If you require assistance on packing your item, please contact our team who will be happy to help.

If £20,000.00 does not cover the value of your jewellery, please contact us so we can arrange a special collection of your piece.

You will receive email updates regarding the status of your repair, alongside collection updates from the courier service (if you opted for this delivery method). You will receive a quote, where you have the opportunity to approve or decline the proposed works. You will also receive an update when your job has been completed.

If you receive a quote that is out of budget, you can decline the works before we get started, and your piece will be swiftly returned to you.

If you opted for the courier service, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your deposit and the remaining balance will be returned to you.

We recommend that you package your item in its original box or a jewellery pouch with protective padding surrounding it. This should ensure its safety, and any damage from mishandling by the courier will be resolved during the service.

We require a deposit to cover the cost of your shipping, in the event that you may decline the proposed works.

We have 40 years expertise in buying, selling and part exchanging watches and fine jewellery. Alongside having our own in-house jewellery repair workshop, your pieces will be handled with the utmost care and respect by our team of skilled craftspeople.
